Right Stephanie?!? I was a pretty naive, trusting soul back then, but it helped that her boyfriend had a high-and-tight so the fact that they were Marines gave me confidence they weren't.

Thank you Mark, yes I probably would have offered anyway but it seemed the universe was giving me a chance to pay the kindness forward.
The parallels from a few decades ago might have just been a reminder that what goes around comes around.
